It's a mystery and it's a mind game
Perhaps an illusion or superpower signal
What really is the relationship between colors and scent?
If colors had a scent, what would white smell like?
Would it reflect the softness and purity of the stable and cloudy skies,
Damn the persona of Miss little white lie,
What would it's aura smell like?
If colors had a scent, what would green smell like?
Environmentalist's senses would gravitate towards the smell of nature,
That of fresh forest leaves and sun bathed grass,
Perhaps like a healthy smoothie to fitness gurus,
Camping and picnics to adventurers,
And wealth to farmers?
If colors had a scent, what would blue smell like?
The heavens or skies above, pools and the sea below
Would it spark the zeal to soar with the birds and swim with the whales
Or reflect the tragedies allied to both experiences
If colors had a scent, what would red smell like?
Roses?
Bingo!
If colors had a scent, what would gold, black and silver,
Pink, orange, indigo,
Brown, gray... smell like?
If colors spark emotion, what color would emotions spell out?
